silvia needs to stop going nuts. today my energy level hit past the roof. seriously need to get a grip on myself. i can't keep going insane every day. i can't even accept my own behaviour these 2 days. it's seriously making other ppl and myself distraught
things i need to stop doing:
1)swearing freely in japanese, korean, indon, english for fun. coz today i called my dad and accidentally swore when something cropped up. enough of swearing.
2)laughing at 1000dB.
omg i dunno i've done so many crazy things these 2 days. i need to cool down and get a grip on myself. and i MUST stop drinking coffee, it's driving my pulse way way way too high. ppl think i'm insane lah. even i myself think that i'm insane. sighs. enough. let's go back to being demure LOL.
