December Reflections Part II
Things I've learnt this year:
1. Hatred is the disappointment of love.
2. Living in the moment. Appreciating things for what they are right here and now.
3. Love, when taken for granted, will eventually crumble.
4. When one door closes another opens.
5. All things happen for a reason.
6. Fight harder than hard for your dreams.
7. Inexplicable breathtaking inspirational moments do exist.
8. Love takes a great deal of courage.
9. The approach of Death shows the ugliness of people.
10. It's as good to die today as it is to die any other day.
11. First impressions can be greatly misleading.
12. Crushes happen all the time, but true love comes only once.
13. Studying medicine doesn't make one on top of the world.
14. Emotions are like wild horses, let them run till they tire, but only on a deserted grassland.
15. Obtaining a driving licence is overwhelmingly satisfying.
16. Always keep cool in all sorts of driving situations, otherwise u'll end up kissing the electric pole or another car.
17. Always, ALWAYS, buy car insurance. It's greatly helpful.
18. Girls must respect themselves and their bodies.
19. Filial piety is no longer a given, it has become a miracle.
20. True friends are close to you, even when they're far away.
21. Trust no longer exist when one is hurt.
22. "You don't trust me" is not a good statement to base an argument upon.
23. Adultery is foolishness manifested.

25. The difference between love and crush.
26. We give our own lives importance by finding meaning in what we do.
27. Never have intention to harm the people you love.
28. Marriage vows are valid only when they are kept.
29. Love sets us free and gives us the spirit and the courage to become who we truly are, who we want to be, to pursue what we want to achieve, to find our meaning in life.
30. The world is white, black and grey.
31. I can't paint the world white. At the very least, I will keep my part of the world chaste.
32. I'm one from many places. I don't belong anywhere. I'm part of everywhere.
33. Watching people in love is captivating and heartwarming, especially when it sparkles in their eyes.
34. It's dangerous, very dangerous, to bring the future into the present.
35. To improve the future is to concentrate on improving the present. When the present improves, so will the future.
36. Being forgiving doesn't make one the good guy.
37. Being overly forgiving is just making those people spoilt rotten.
38. A rotten person makes other people's lives rotten.

Sorry for the lack of classification of the points. all i did was flip the pages of my diary and typing out what i got from it. so if there's any order at all, it's more chronologically than anything. then there are those thoughts that just occur to me out of the blue. so let's just accept it that this post is utterly based on the randomness of my brain.
