today. IS ANNOYING.
1am last night i tried to get to bed. super tired. super cold. wind blowing like crazy. i was snuggled in my bed, with my new electric-heated water bag thingy. so warm, so cozy, so about to fall asleep. and then, THE MOUSE, the Q$%$EYRTWE$#@% brown little thing came into my room. ran around, made a lot of noise. I COULDN'T GET TO SLEEP!!!! annoyed.first it was a giant cockroach, twice the size of a normal tropical one. now it's a mouse. i'm seriously gonna catch the mouse and let it into my neighbour's room. all the rubbish piled at the corridor are attracting pests! argh. locals >< i was thinking of dissecting the mouse first. argh. all my evil thoughts are coming out. no one would guess i dun eat meat >< but yeah, MOUSE, COCKROACH. what next?!!!! and guess what, the landlord's guy is scared of mice >< omg. so what do i do now? catch it with my bare hands? i'm so gonna get a mouse trap on friday.
and i had to do titration today. appalled with the apparatus. seriously. that thing u suck fluids with, what is it called? it's blue colour in singapore, and so darn easy to use. but HERE, omg. i spend ages trying to suck 10.00ml of NaHCO3 solution. coz it's so difficult to control. oh and best yet, while i was titrating. the burette LEAKED. so i had to repeat, and repeat and repeat. till my neck and my shoulders are sore. while i was doing my 4th time i started swearing in indonesian. softly though >.< argh.
but the best thing that happened to me today is LOL, i got to play basketball with the african girls. they're real fun lol. the biggest of them all tried to teach me how to do that scoring within 3 strides. i suck at it. seriously. anyway i just like playing basketball during PE class (yes, i still have PE here. argh.) every time i play basketball i'm reminded of Fangyu. haha. how Fangyu used to teach me basketball, how to score and all that, though i really sucked. and how our class used to sing while running around NJ track. and all that captain's ball. and singing happy birthday 10 times consecutively to our PE teacher coz we dun want to have PE lessons. and that our favourite game is actually, guess what, TAG; Freeze and Melt. hahahaha. basketball, lol, brings back a lot of memories =))
