i have just finished being part of a photoshoot with my cousin and her fiance and their gang of photographers. ballet photoshoot. ultra cool. outdoor background next to rustic houses and monuments. i enjoyed the photoshoot like ultra, mega, very much. it felt amazing although i had to be forced to go en pointe despite having so little training. i thought i couldn't pirouette en pointe. hmm i proved myself wrong. i think im more confident with pointe now that i have been through so much torture during the photoshoot. the chief photographer (not my cousin or her fiance), but a pro dance photographer, pushed me harder than my teacher did. and i know not what overcame me, i could actually do many things although i was ultra shaky. and they were extremely patient with me. it felt amazing. hahaha. i have yet to see the final photographs coz they wanna compile it first. but some of what i saw was like phenomenal, and it's not because of me, but because they have such great photography skills! will upload the photos when i can. haha. at the end of the photoshoot, my $50+++ pointe shoes has dropped in value to like $1+??? coz i had to dance on ruined, asphalt ground next to run down buildings (for a rustic feel). so my sole is like almost ruined. sacrifice, yes. at least i didn't have to do the shoot in some muddy field. or it'll be totally gone. my muscles were shivering like maddddd. and until now i'm still aching (it's been 2 days).
i've signed up for ballet and aerobics class. feels so good to sweat it out. and the people are so friendly although i'm just a new kid. and i've been eating a lot a lot a lot. food here is sooooooo good. so good to be home. just that my house is undergoing reparations (not renovation) and so the whole place stinks of varnish and is crazily dusty. yikes.
