hello hello i'm here again i think i'm addicted to blogging. on a semi vista now. ok how does that happen? xp turned to vista. but not quite. my cousin's comp. bugged with viruses. more fatal than H5 N1. super slow can? next time i go internet cafe. a lot faster. haha. i finally started on making my first piece of clothing!!!! ultra happy. am finally getting somewhere. i did the basic patterns and cut the cloth last night. whole day until midnight. my shifu (MOM), is ultra good she's such a genius it would be a waste if it's not passed on to one of her lovely daughters (ME) =D anyway i really love fabrics!!! i WISH i can upload the pics. will probably do so like next year? yeah. bought a lot of shiny satiny fabrics. super cheap here. cheap and good. looks more polished than the ones that they sell out there in the market. i'm proud of indo's textile industry. i dunno where to get fabrics in singapore. good ones, i mean. ok and now i have to try to sew it all together and see what goes. am quite excited to see the end product. although it seems that dressmaking is ultra difficult when i see my sis go through wind and rain to make hers, when i was making my first dress i thought it was okay. not so bad. dun need to memorie formulae and definitions, dun need to calculate ten thousand stuffs. just proportions and division and all that basic math. and patience. lots of patience. anyway, more enjoyable than mugging. haha.
i love the air here, so calm and peaceful. almost warm to the touch. having family around is really different and can be very heartwarming. i mean, when i'm here, everyone's involved in everyone's lives. like there's always something new happening in the family coz my family is so huge. it seems that u can never lose touch of one another. haha. can be bad sometimes when u're being naughty. but somehow i feel a great bond that is inimitable. feels good. haha. oh and i'm going to BALI!!!!! super super happy. one of my xmas wish come true!!!! haha. going with 2 of my closest cousins. it's gonna be so fun! =D will bring camera along. no guarantee about posting pictures. sorry....
somehow the greatest difference i feel between singapore and my hometown is simply the interaction among people. down here, it seems that i can get along with people much more easily. maybe it's because my parents are running a business and in a business u have to be able to get along with everyone. so i may have picked it up from them. or it might be that i'm introduced to my parents' friends or regular customers, so i'm much more trusting to the people who have been 'screened' by my parents. haha. but anyway, it seems that first meetings are not as awkward, shy and strange down here. it's good. it feels so good here. =D haha. but i still remain wary of petty crimes. like theft. someone stole my 40.000 rupiah today. am sad.
okay that's all. internet is expensive.
