I've discovered the joy in, not talking. Yes, shutting up can actually be good. I find myself being more able to hold my tongue before the bomb spits out of my words. It's true that what is spoken can hurt more than the knife can. Saying the wrong stuff can wrench and wring the hearts of others. I have often wondered if I can ever keep quiet. shut up, and watch other people, being the chatterbox that I am. So yeah, I have recently realised that I can don't talk, even when I'm amongst people. Reason for shutting up? I dunno. Perhaps I have often felt that I talk too much, said things that I'm not supposed to say. Atoning for my sins by guarding my silence.
My eyes hurt.
