valentine's day (yesterday)
was full of chocolates! so thanks to every1 who gave me all the small and sweet lil' pressies =) haha. went to school and council put up this huge pink banners at the middle of the school canteen with HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY, LOVE COUNCIL. and they tied up lots of pink,red,white ballons along the steps up to the canteen. it was so much PINK! and there was this huge LOVE at the canteen display corner. fully appreciate the deed =) haha. but i went to school in the morning and the pink was a little too glaring for an initially sleepy morning. but yeah, thanks council! =) (Mel, Sarah, i'm referring to u!) haha.
oh oh and a sweet sweet primary school friend of mine came all the way down to my house bus stop before school way early in the morning to pass me presents! got this really nice smiley teddy bear =) and this smiley stick that squeaks when u shake it. so my friend says that "when u're upset, shake this!" haha. thanks so much =)
blessed with many friends who care about me, and really, u guys rock! haha. what makes my school life so beautiful are probably my lovely friends =) haha.
oh and i got my SAT scores. disappointing. really. sighs. must retake! =( must improve on my english, hopefully it'll improve my GP too. i've been flunking so many things lately. like all the class tests. there's not even a single one i'm doing well in. and i think this pattern always recurs every year, and i always end up flunking at the beginning of the year, only to improve at the end. and this time i hope that i'll make flying improvements. working hard on the present to improve the future =) jiayou (to myself) and jiayou!!! (to everyone =))
