i finally have an idea what i want this year to be like, and as far as possible, it will be that way. hehe. =) 2 main goals for 2 main things in my life =D
anyway, 1st week of orientation is so freaking boring. shan't bore u with how i attended talks after talks, briefings after briefings. it was torture. >< only not as bad as getting whipped and all of that torture stuff people do. there are other stuff that are good too! like finally meeting all my friends who are so precious too me! had lots of fun with baoru and ly (especially, of course there are other wonderful friends out there). yup yup =) and the other time we (ly, baoru and i) dropped by BUZZ coz we have absolutely nothing to do, and met the school new full-time counsellor, Ms Charmaine Ng. not there for counselling lar. just met by chance. and we talked about stuff and we asked about how the Psychology degree course is like. it's pretty interesting =)
anyway, was reading a national geographic article about how chemicals in our body creates the feeling of love (the female-male type). and i think that scientists are so damn irritating. they like to break magical feelings into things that are so technical, which makes emotions and feelings lose their magic. i bet some people will oppose me about this, but i think that things like Love should be left alone for the people to enjoy and imagine and fantasize about. otherwise, the world will be too pragmatic, too boring and too harsh for all of us to live in. ><
looking forward to next week's orientation. better be good! =P
