hmm.. just watched step up a few days ago =) it's a good movie. i liked it 'coz it helped remind me about the true meaning of dance. the first 2 years when i stepped into dance, an exceptionally outstanding dance teacher taught me the true meaning of dance, and that's how i fell in love with dance. but in the last 2 years, that meaning has faded, and it has been hard to cling onto this true meaning of dancing. but when u have fallen in love with dance, you can never get out of it. hahaha. well, the lead dancers in step up are very cool and brave people. the characters are worth admiring and looking up to. it's pretty hard, but i guess u'll have to fight to get what u really want. and i like the way the male lead asks, 'so what do i have to do?', directly, when he wants to get something.
well, mr honsum, i'm not going to critic how good-looking the leads are or how well they act or how the love scenes turned out, or how the dancing is, but i'm just looking at the true meaning behind the show. not a pro critic, yeah? :P
i have said, 'i miss dancing' many times. but to be more specific, i shall say, 'i miss dancing to the rhythm of my heart.'
