things i'm very happy about:
1) ASS WEEK IS OVER!!!!!!!!!!!
2) my dad, cousins, bro are coming =))
3) went to esplanade library just now
4) and spent the whole time watching The Sleeping Beauty performed by Paris Opera Ballet. They RAWK. they're sooooooo good!!!! and rudolf nureyev choreographed and staged the whole thing. it was awesommmmeeeee =))) their technique is totally PERFECT. the girl did 14 turns. GOSSSSHHHH. Princess Aurora has the best technique of them all. and she's so STRONG. she can balance in arabesque en pointe arms in fifth without support. and her pointe technique is so so so fantastic. sadly, the guy is nowhere good looking. gosh. if there's a good looking pro dancer i'll so have a crush over him. but sadly, such guys dun exist. but anyway, the lead guy is like damn good lar. his elevation is WOOHOO. can jump so high. it's NOT FAIR. they did everything as if it's so darn easy lar. but u know they train like heaven, so yeah. but they're so so good. i'm truly and profoundly inspired =))
5) mum's allowing me to get special library membership so i can borrow ALL the dance DVDs in esplanade library to watch
6) i have fought to go for ballet exams and coaching lessons for one week AND I WON =) but i have to make certain sacrifices, many many sacrifices, to attend coaching lessons. so i better get distinction next year.
7) i borrowed 2 dance books today
8) i picked up a lot of dance brochures today, can add onto my collection. haha.
9) i'm going to OKH and browse around for cheap and good dance stuff, and i think i gonna buy new leotard and tights for ballet. =D
things i'm not happy about
1) gonna fail chem
2) shit ma2105
3) i missed The Red Giselle by ST PETERSBURG BALLET!!!!! stupid lar. they didn't do enough publicity. so irritated. i'm waiting for romeo and juliet by bolshoi ballet. i'll do ANYTHING nice and good and legal to watch evgenia obraztova perform.
