yo. i'm back. rawr. i dun want to leave sby... =(
i've been here for abt 9.5 years.
i go back twice a year.
9.5x2=19
so let's make it a nice number, approx. 20
so i have been saying goodbye to the same people 20 times already
but i still can never hold back my emotions.
yucks i'm so useless.
just want to close my eyes and never let it open
i only want to see the streets that i love
the streets that i miss
i don't want to let the memories be washed away by new sights.
i want to sleep so i can dream of my home.
i don't dare to turn on the radio for i'm afraid of an all english-speaking deejay
i don't dare to turn on the tv becoz i can never see the funny advertisements i see there everyday.
i don't dare to look out at the dark sky, for the sky there never rains.
i miss the durians we shared in the middle of the night.
and watching world cup live on a large projector screen (it's FOC)
and the shopping, lots of shopping
and trying to get my bro to buy me food and go eat with me becoz he noes where all the good stuff are
and my funny cousins (nikki, ko fong2 and joey)
and my super cute niece (cay2) haha.
and my funny grandma (sia loti, loti horya. LOL)
and my easygoing grandpa
and ce hanna (my maths lifesaver), ce meliana, ce wan2 ( and whoever i went to dance with)
and the yellow striped stray cat who is always around my house and is so super cute!
and the food, glorious food! hahahaha.
how come the plane didn't crash? darn.
before i went back i called all of my relatives to say goodbye.
my goodness i couldn't say anything back to them becoz.......haiz
i only just realised that the warmth a family gives can never be replaced by anything else.
i'm grateful for relatives who love and care for me.
friends can never give the same kind of warmth and concern.
these are the people who watched me grow up from when i was a bawling baby
it'll be another half a year before i see them again. =(
think it's time for me to unpack my stuff and repack them for obs.
and go buy supplies.
