hello i'm back from dance camp! hahax. lemme reply to jeslyn's tags 1st: hahax. mr ferrer is juz strict lar, not fierce. pls lor he is so lame lar... -.-''' lol. and with US modern dance n angels around, nutcracker is sure to be a success!~ *feels ego* lol. u rawk jes =) okie. now better blog abt the dance camp while it is still so super fresh frm my beautiful mind =D hahax. 1st day we were choreographing for chinese new year dance. this time is only the gals performing, so the guys were slacking away and playing with mr tay's dog, Rocky. haha. rocky is chao cute lor.... ><><) and the 'good' thing is that they use water gun to shoot lor. so it's like very fast lar. then u dun have enough time to respond. hahax. then i kena like once or twice only =))
aft that we played this game called elope suggested by e RV ppl. we were like supposed to hold hands and form this super big circle. and then when this pair of ppl come in and break the bond btwn u and the person nxt to u, u havta like run around the whole circle in the opposite direction as the evil pair and run for ur original place. dunno how to describe but it's basically like that lor. i was like in between two tall, big guys okay.... and is like i feel so short and teeny weeny between them lar. hahax. then when this pair break the bond between me and kendrick, i was practically DRAGGED by kendrick to run around that stupid circle. wah lao. lucky we got to stand back in our original places. and i was like laughing like mad coz my heart was thumping like mad and there was this huge adrenaline rush lor. LOL. then aft that i kena again. this time it was jun hong and i lar. and AGAIN i was DRAGGED by that guy and it was worse coz i almoz flung out lor. it was so stupid and retarded and so crap lar.so in the end we lost lor. =( hahax. we had to like try 2 more times before finding a place to stand in the circle lar. and it's like everytime run always kena dragged and pulled as if i was some doll or wadever crap... and i always chao sui havta run with a guy and they run so super fast and i'm such a snail i always die lar. lol. but actually mine also not so bad. an chi and jessica kena a lot of times lar. hahax. coz the two of them are not very big-sized and are not very good runners, so they were always the target lar. lol. so poor thing lor. and jess was like swaying aft the game lar. hahax. aft that we went to shower and stuff like that.
aft showering, the 2 ip juniors and i went to the guys room to listen to mr tay's ghost stories abt nj. hahax. the stories were so freaky okay... and michael tay was like acting out some parts of the stories, plus he's like chao exaggerating lar. lol. i shall like type out the stories here in case i forget lar. lol. ok, so here goes... last time in nj there was this guard called edwin. he was patrolling the school one night, abt 1 plus 2 am. he reached TA 25, when there was this loud crashing noise of glass breaking. being his job, he unlocked the classroom to investigate the matter. he shone his torch around and saw
a window was broken. what was amazing was that, the aluminium window grilles were also badly damaged. it meant that the thing which came in was so powerful it could break the window grilles. the guard shone his torch on the floor to see what entered the classroom. he thought he saw a human head on the ground. when he shone his torch on it, it flew across the classroom and disappeared. thinking he was imagining things, he locked up the classroom and turned to leave. when he was leaving, there was this voice behind him, "edwiiiiiin............" the guard was super frightened and ran to a clearing near the amphitheatre, thinking that he would be safe in the open. then, he swore that he felt someone pushed him down the stairs. he rolled down the stairs, but did not dare to turn to look behind. hobbling, he went back to the guardhouse as fast as he could. at 5 am, he was supposed to do another scheduled patrol around the school. he was extremely scared, but he had to do the patrol because it was his job. so, he patrolled. when he reached TA block, he ran across and passed by TA 25. when he reached the end of the corridor, where TA 21 is, he heard the voice calling him again," edwiiiiiin, don't ruuun....." he was so scared he ran towards the german room block. at the sides of the corridor linking the two buildings were these art pieces of the AEP students. one of them had a mirror in the middle. the guard was stupid enough to actually look into the mirror. he saw this head right behind, smiling at him through the mirror. he was even more frightened and raaaaaaaaaaaaan to the german room block. there were also paintings hung there. out of the corner of his eye, he saw the figures of a painting dancing in the canvas. he almost lost his wits and ran to the canteen. at the bottom of the steps leading down towards the grandstand, a white figure walked across sideways, waving at edwin. the guard froze at the top of the steps and stood there for a looong time, waiting for the dawn to come before he dared to descend from the steps. aft this incident, he applied to be placed in another school. as the approval was only given two months after the incident, mr tay had the chance to hear the experience from him.
another thing happened many years ago when the outdoor adventure club were camping overnight in school. they were sleeping at the dance studio, where there were many mirrors around the room. while everyone was sleeping, one of the students suddenly rose from his lying down position, his body was stiff and he did not move. his fren sleeping nxt to him woke up and saw him sitting like a zombie.the fren asked him sleepily, "eh, what u doing? ok not?" the guy did not answer. then, when the fren looked into the dance studio mirror, he saw that the eyes of the guy was actually glowing. he remembered how to exorcise such 'things' by what he was taught in church. he asked the 'thing' to name itself. a young boy's voice replied, "monkey!" he commanded for the ghost to leave his fren's body. instead of leaving, another voice replied, "which one?" he was flabbergasted and asked how many there were. the young boy naughtily said,"you guess ler?" irritated, he said,"all of you! get out!" "where?" they asked. "into the mirror!" they went out of the guy's body and went into the mirror. there, the guy saw a lady, a man and a boy in the mirror. a whole family of ghosts was actually living there. the next night, they pestered and disturbed the guy and he couldn't sleep for one whole night. the following night, the same thing happened. irritated, he shouted, "SHUT UP!!!!" everybody woke up and cursed at him. then, he finally explained to the what had happened for the past two nights. all of them immediately evacuated to sleep in the gym and did not dare to go back. hahax.
that was kinda scary lar. i wanted to tell lijing but she was like, "nooooo dun tell me or i wun be able to dance in peace in the studio!!!" hahax. i was like thinking that the family was kinda poor thing lar. the whole family had to remain as ghosts =( haix. and juz now, i think some1 was asking, we are a dance grp, how come we're not sleeping in the dance studio? got aircon and all that mar..." i was like, "noo.... i won't want to sleep there man."hahax.
mr tay also told us abt a time he experienced when he was in the army lar. but i guess this entry will be very long if i tell every story he told us. hahax. anyway, it was chao fun to listen to all these stuff lar. hahax.
so that was the 1st day. 2nd day we went to sentosa to play treasure hunt. it's so funny lar. hahax. we went to take mr tay's car =)) while the others took the tram and buses and wadsoever. hahax. rocky was with us too =)) at 1st we had to find words among a sea of letters, dunno wad u call that. anyway, we were like desperately looking for the answers lar. hahax. then there was this clue, a four-legged animal. i was like wahhhh!!! got so many 4-legged animals in the world lor, how to find! then suddenly dunno wad hits me, i said zebra, then it was like juz nice i found the exact same word right in front of my eyes. hahax. damn stupid lar. still ask the minister of MCYS. jess was looking for Vivian, but it was like nowhere to be seen... in the end it was actually his extremely long surname lar. =.= like wadever.... hahax
our 1st clue is like so super difficult to find ok. it was bleah hidden somewhere in mt imbiah. so we went to mt imbiah but cud not find that stupid clue, so we asked the staff where's the highest point in mt imbiah. they pointed to the carlsberg sky tower. we looked around for goodness dunno how long for that !@#@ clue. then wanzhen said no, u havta climb up this steep slope with staircase bla bla bla. and then it was like damn slippery coz juz rain then jess, wen lin n i took off our stupid slippers (dunno y tell us wear slippers go sentosa) and climbed that stupid mountain okay. it was like OBS type of trail lar. like wth.
and then there was this stupid clue lar. they write funny 2 digit numbers inside circles and arrange it in such a way that it was SUPPOSED to look like a flower. the last number was 19 and when we looked at the map, it was the merlion. so we innocently went there and climbed up this stupid hill to the stupid merlion. and guess wad, wanzhen called to ask where were we. we said merlion. and she was like screaming, "what are u guys doing at merlion?!!!" wah lao... then we resolved the clue and found out that it was actually fountain garden lar. grrrr.... we were so bleah pissed and wth we were screaming in the middle of the road like mad idiots lar. and we had to ask mr tay to go back to carpark n drive us to the bleah fountain garden.
even better, we were following instructions like how many steps to where, turn clockwise bla bla bla. so we followed that stupid instructions and guess where we landed. A SWAMP. it was like beside the carpark and the trees are were flooded to ankle-depth water lar. jess and yee shiang were like wading in the swamp and looking for the idiotic clue. we gave up and called wanzhen again. "wanzhen, we're drowning in a swamp!!!! where's the clue?!" hahahaha. damn funny can. wanzhen was like "what swamp? where got swamp? siao ar. it's this place got staircase n hut bla bla bla." arghhhhhhhhhhhhhh. we were like going the wrong direction lar. SIAO!!!! bleah.
the whole day was damn tiring coz we were walking like dunno wad and go back to school every muscle was aching like anything and we were dirty and sweaty and hungry lar. bleah. but it was really super fun and i can't type much more coz i've been typing for so long and i'm super tired nw.
