ytd juz came back frm obs. suffering from severe lack of sleep.
only slept for like 7 hrs in total for the 2 nites.
and it's like fangyu and i slept in the toilet for the 2 nites lar. hahaha.
the toilet is kinda nice and comfy. didn't get insect bites or anything. hahaha.
meanwhile, everyone's complaining abt the insects and stuff as they slept in the jungle. haha.
the guys were very nice and sweet la. the 1st nite they stayed up all night to take care of the girls becoz the girls met a huge centipede and heard a wild boar.
then when the rain blew the tents down, they pitched the tents all over again lar.
so touched man. hahaha.
obs was so slack i think it's slacker than sec 1 camp.
we only learnt 1st aid and outdoor cooking and navigation.
didn't get to do kayaking or things like that. bleah.
but it was nice coz got to know and bond with ppl frm other classes.
and oh yeah i'm a certified 1st-aider now. hahaha.
the CPR was kinda fun and u blow into this rubber dummy. then the present technology allows u to not be in contact with the lips becoz got this mask to put on the casualty to prevent vomit and saliva and blood to get to u. haha.
then got this thing on how to save a choking person. u havta say, "are u choking?" person nods. "i can help. may i TOUCH you?" hahahaha. every1 was laughing abt the may i touch u part la. haha. kinda crappy. and i can't believe that i passed the tests for the 1st aid thingy. hahaha.

the 1st evening we were at the campsite cooking dinner at the beach.
and it was kinda cloudy as the sun was setting.
but there's this thin red line drawn across the sky. it was really this deep crimson red with tinges of orange at the side. the sun descended slowly and appeared juz below the line and it was so magnificent. as it went lower the whole sea was dyed red and orange and i was awed. =)
i love the sunset there man!~
the sunrise was not so visible coz it's on the other side of the building. but just before sunrise i could see the orion constellation and some other stars near it. haha.
at night i watched venus and jupiter and some other stray stars.
found sagittarius and scorpio in the distance too. it's so nice to learn astrophysics!~ haha.
then went out to the jetty to look at the mainland and the scenery was so so beautiful lar. saw the city lights of singapore and at the housing estates there was this halo of light on top of it becoz it was so bright. haha. missing the scenery man. haha. so pretty! =D
on to the formal report. i'm so dead. i wanna sleeep =(
